Jvk Park Hotel - Kochi

Great food, excellant service. Location just off the tourist attractions...

New hotel, great reception team, quiet at night, beautiful lake view, good wifi, helpful staff.

Absolutely nothing.

This hotel was characterful base for exploring Kochi, greatly enjoyed it. The folks were very nice and courteous. The setting was magnificent and good, not far from the river and metro and the tourist attractions and the restaurant. Ernakulam district was worth visiting.

The location was far from the city.

The hotel had a great location, it was close to the main highway and there was a Decathlon sports store just down the street, making it convenient for any last-minute shopping before a trip. The food from room service was also good, with a mix of continental and Indian cuisine at a fairly reasonable price. The small rooftop pool was nice to take a dip in and take pictures.

There were some downsides. The hot water for showers was nonexistent, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

The hotel has a great location close to the airport and offered a beautiful view from the rooftop where you can enjoy the pool and sunbath. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. the staff is helpful and arranged for our airport pick-up. We also appreciated the fast service.

The hotel needs to improve the facilities by providing better wifi services and updating the breakfast menu. the air conditioning needs improvement as it was not strong enough.

Luxurious amenities and exceptional service at a centrally located hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was truly relaxing, and the indoor swimming pool was divine. I especially enjoyed the massage therapy that I received there. the bar/lounge area had impeccable drinks served by attentive staff. This venue made me feel like royalty, with beautiful views and private facilities.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of special diet menus. the hotel staff were more than accommodating and provided me with excellent alternatives.

The view from the rooftop of Jvk Park was amazing. We were able to gaze out over the city and take in the beauty of our surroundings. The beds in our room were comfortable, great to get a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The hotel also had a beautiful bathroom that was clean and well-maintained.

We loved the hotel's location on the river, surrounded by wetlands and greenery. The rooftop pool was small but perfect for wading and taking beautiful pictures. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to a Decathlon sports store, where we could buy snorkeling gear for our trip to Lakshadweep. The staff was helpful and the room service was fairly priced. Plus, the hotel offered a mix of delicious continental and Indian food.

Nothing not too like.

We recently stayed at a hotel situated near a serene lake, with a small shop nearby selling basic necessities. the room was spacious and clean. We were pleased with the excellent service provided by the courteous reception team, who assisted us with renting a car and arranging a taxi to the airport. the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed the view of the lake from our room's windows and appreciated the peaceful setting. the hotel had new facilities that we found quite impressive.
